What we believe

Most AI pilots work. Far fewer make it to production — and of those, fewer still hold up once real traffic, real costs, and real users arrive. The pilot is the easy part. The architecture, the unit economics, the observability, and the reliability that turn a pilot into a product you can run and afford: that is the work, and it is where we live.

We build AI infrastructure you own. What we deliver runs in your cloud, on your keys, defined as code you keep. Architecture done well once becomes an asset that compounds; a rushed deployment becomes a perpetual cycle of patching and firefighting that drains the resources meant for growth. We choose the first, every time.

How we work

We build AI products of our own — thoughtstack among them — so what we recommend is what we run in production ourselves. You work directly with the people who design and build your system, and you keep what we deliver: infrastructure defined as code, running in your own cloud. When an engagement needs more hands, we bring in a small, experienced team.

Founder — Pratik Kulkarni

Pratik has spent a decade in AWS infrastructure and cloud economics, delivering for startups and mid-size companies. For the last few years that work has centered on AI: taking AI products from pilot to production, and building and operating AI products of his own, thoughtstack among them. He holds AWS Solutions Architect Professional and FinOps certifications.

He started ThinkXL on a simple conviction: the teams that own a strong, economical AI foundation outlast the ones that rent a fragile one.
